Ingredients

  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 3 cups plain yogurt
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups water
  • 4 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Cooking Directions

  1. Beat milk, yogurt, egg yolks, and all-purpose flour in a large bowl with an electric mixer.
  2. Meanwhile, bring water and chicken bouillon to a boil in a large soup pot. Reduce heat to medium-low and add yogurt mixture, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, stirring occasionally until mixture thickens, about 20 minutes.
